Gurudev entered this mud hut, lying at the eastern side of Konark in the month of May 1935 on the occasion of his birthday. This house was used as lodging dignitaries such as Gandhiji, Lal Bahadur Shastri, Acharya Vinoba Bhave and Mother Teresa in various periods of time.
